Lydia Montaigne

Lydia Montaigne epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creativity into every detail of your commercial real estate transaction from Port St. Lucie to Miami. After obtaining her real estate license, she received a license in mortgage origination. She is surrounded by a team that has been in the industrial commercial real estate industry for 45 years and will work hard to ensure her client’s investment goals and objectives are met.

Lydia obtained an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She moved to Boca Raton, FL, in 2008 and obtained a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University. After obtaining her degree, she directly supported the CEO of a global company and held the title of Chief of Staff. This knowledge has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate transactions, negotiations, consulting buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing listings.

When not in the office, Lydia is involved with the Women’s Council of Realtors, St Lucie, being on the water, and spending time with her dog, Ruby, who was rescued by I Heart Animal Rescue, 501(c). A portion of Lydia’s proceeds from the commissions will be donated to I Heart Animal Rescue.

Her passion is building strong relationships in South Florida, helping others, and learning more about South Florida and the Treasure Coast, its people, and all aspects of commercial real estate.
