Lucas Mojonnier

Lucas Mojonnier is a Commercial Sales Professional at Coldwell Banker Commercial Premier and has been conducting full-time commercial real estate brokerage since 2019. Lucas has a broad background in the real estate field. In the start of his brokerage career, he served under a real estate developer and broker with 20+ years of experience in the Las Vegas commercial real estate market. Additionally, he is an investment sales specialist and tenant-rep broker helping mom-and-pop to international businesses find space and negotiate on their behalf. Mr. Mojonnier has been living in Las Vegas since 2013 and has a vast knowledge of the current and developing trends of the market. He is an active member of the NAIOP and CCIM Southern Nevada Chapters, and is pursing the CCIM designation.
