About Lance


Lance’s 21 years of experience began on the residential side
of the business before focusing on the commercial side of the industry. Beginning with his background in real estate
franchising, Lance naturally gravitated towards commercial real estate.

A Colorado Native, Lance began his licensed real estate
career while living in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In December of 2007 Lance
returned to Colorado with an opportunity to work at RE/MAX World Headquarters
as a Senior Business Development and Franchise Sales Consultant. For 7 years
Lance specialized in brokering franchised commercial and residential real
estate offices throughout the Western half of the United States.

Local to Colorado since 2013, Lance has consulted clients in

Lance possesses a unique background in the local real estate

When he’s not working, Lance is found spending time with his
wife and two daughters. “They’re my priority. One of my favorite things to do
is to teach my girls how we give back as a family. We’ve been giving back to
the Children’s Miracle Network for 19 years and it’s been very impactful to our
girls.”

Lance is passionate about providing all clients with a level
of service that is focused on integrity and follow-through. Committed to his
craft, Lance has spent years studying and learning as a student of his
