My name is Krisjan; it’s pronounced like the religion and spelled like an Ikea coffee table. I’m a commercial real estate agent here in Boise, Idaho.

I help business owners find and negotiate leases in spaces where their businesses thrive! I also help business owners, real estate developers, and investors find, negotiate, buy, and sell commercial properties.

I’m LASER focused on relationships, problem-solving, and communication.

The traditional “transactional” nature of commercial real estate is so 1997. I’m a resource, not just another real estate agent. Before, during, and after a deal is done I’m here to help connect all of the dots required to help businesses succeed.

I’m a Boise native and have spent my entire career in the architecture /engineering / construction / commercial real estate space. This experience and network is an invaluable value-add to my clients and friends.
