Kimberly Dart Heidt

Kim Dart, an established real estate veteran with over 25 years’ experience, founded Dart Retail in November 2008 and is competent in all phases of retail real estate, including tenant representation, landlord leasing, investment sales, and development. Kim’s hands-on approach, hard work, and entrepreneurial spirit allows Dart Retail to provide southeastern US developers and property owners with unsurpassed leasing services and provide retailers with the disposition of excess commercial real estate properties.

Kim attended Augusta State University, majoring in Accounting, and is a licensed real estate broker in both Georgia and South Carolina. She is actively involved with ICSC, previously serving as a member of the Southeast Convention Committee and Retail Connection Committee. She is a founding member of the local Retail Christian Network, attends Woodstock City Church, and serves on the Board of Directors of Grateful Hearts Ministries.
