Kevin specializes exclusively in industrial brokerage, and partners with Dawn McCombs, who leads Avison Young’s Denver industrial practice. He focuses on tenant representation and represents occupiers of leased and owned assets.
Kevin’s involvement with organizations and associations related to the manufacturing and construction industry has allowed his team to become very knowledgeable on the similar needs and requirements that most industrial occupiers share, such as heavy power, high clear heights, dock-hi or drive-in loading, yard space, floor drains, cold storage, etc.
Kevin’s ability to quickly generate long-term relationships and understand his clients’ strategic objectives results in the creation of unique, tailored solutions with a cost-effective approach. Whether it’s understanding their production floor layout, flow of materials, target labor market and/or distribution network, his clients can have confidence that the strategy put in place is one that will benefit their business for years to come.
