Ken Silberling

Ken Silberling is Senior Vice President of Brokerage and Tenant Representation at Levy Realty Advisors and South Florida Regional Partner for TenantBase. He brings over 30 years of experience in the South Florida Commercial Real Estate market. He specializes in office and industrial leasing, sales and investments in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

Ken began his career as Director of Research at Cushman and Wakefield in Miami, later started the research department at Colliers in Fort Lauderdale and was a founding partner at Commerical Florida Realty Partners. He joined Danburg Properties in 1999 as Director of Leasing and Acquistions where he spent 13 years building and leasing a poftfolio of office, flex and industrial properites.

More recently, he was Senior Vice President and Miami Market lead for Truss, an online Commerical Real Estate Markeplace before joining Levy. Ken has been a go-to source for his market expertise and has been quoted in major regional and national publications.
