Since 1989, Ken Morris has been a South Florida entrepreneur, commercial property portfolio asset manager and accomplished real estate business owner specializing in corporate real estate services, tenant and landlord representation and property management.
As the General Managing Partner of an East Coast investment group, Ken first managed Belle Haven Towers – a 570-unit apartment complex in Alexandria, VA, and then managed the negotiations and disposition of the asset for $93 million in 2012 when a partnership associated with the Carlisle Group expressed interest in the property.
He was also the General Managing Partner from 2003-2014 of 300 Pine Island Associates, LTD and 300 Pine Island Associates, LTD, the respective ownership entities of suburban office buildings measuring 85,000 square feet and 50,000 square feet in Broward County.
For the past 30 years Ken has been associated with and operated Morris Southeast Group, a successful brokerage and property management company that Ken purchased from his father in the early 2000s. During his tenure there, he has completed over 500 lease and sale transactions involving office, industrial, retail and commercial space valued close to $1 billion.
