Katie Hayes

A Winston-Salem native, Katie moved back after attending college in
Charlotte. Her passion for her hometown has motivated her to contribute
to the community’s growth through her work. She began her real estate
career in 2018 and joined Linville Team Partners in 2021. Her team
primarily assists landlords and sellers and is known for its exceptional
marketing reach and persistent follow-up and follow-through.
With extensive experience in both leasing and sales, Katie offers her
clients tailored strategies designed to achieve their goals. Katie is a
firm believer in relationships, not accounts, and that a team-based
mentality often yields some of the best results. With her team, she has
strengthened their leasing efforts, resulting in over 50 leases in 2024
alone.
A recipient of multiple CoStar Power Broker Awards as well as the 2023
CoStar Impact Award and TBJ 2022 Rising Star Award, Katie’s dedication
to providing exceptional service, ensuring clients receive top-notch
support and outstanding outcomes have not gone unnoticed.
In her spare time, Katie loves reading and learning new things, abiding
by the principal that knowledge is power. She especially loves spending
time outside, preferably near water, with her husband and their two dogs.
