Kate Silvas

Kate Silvas is a Certifed Economic Developer and a commercial
realtor with Verde Commercial Real Estate / KW City View in San Antonio. She specializes in land and industrial site selection, economic development consulting and business development.

Among her career accomplishments, Silvas helped recruit Caterpillar to Seguin, where she helped create 1,500 new jobs and more than $180 MM in capital investment. Silvas also
worked for a decade on the launch of Port San Antonio, where she helped recruit
Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Standard Aero and create 15,000 jobs. Most recently, Silvas was elected to the Converse City Council and served two consecutive terms.
