My name is Kailan Boston, MBA with a sales & leasing portfolio which spans over 40,000 sqft. of residential, lifestyle and commercial real estate properties in the Midwest and Southeast of the US. Diverse clientele includes owner-users, investors, business leaders, entrepreneurs, first-time homebuyers, first-time sellers and international investors. Ensuring clients receive strategic tailored marketing solutions for their property’s unique needs. Along with assisting clients in site selection, purchase and sale of developable land!

I recently added to my business the undertaking of international sales in a robust international market, 1031 tax deferred exchange and utilizing the historic tax credit. Clients have breathtaking projects globally in the most desired locations worldwide!

Even with a Master’s in Business Administration from Ohio University, I am committed to the real estate industry with leading professional development certifications in: Certified Foreign Investor, New Home Construction Specialist and Certified Golf Real Estate Advisor.
