Jude Nelms

From 2014 to 2020, Jude Nelms Jr. served in the U.S. Navy as a Parachute Rigger. While active duty in the Navy, he honed skills not only in his direct profession, but also in leadership, problem solving, project and program management, as well as many more. Among others, he received awards in Humanitarian Service, a Joint Operation Mission, and two Navy & Marine Corps Achievement Medals.

Upon deciding to separate from the service, he obtained his license to practice real estate and has since become completely immersed in the industry. He has had extensive training from some of the greatest real estate leaders around, such as: Grant Cardone, the Massimo Group, as well as during his time with Marcus & Millichap, an industry leading Investment Sales Firm. In addition to his Real Estate training with industry leaders, he is formally educated in Business Management, from the University of North Florida. He has also had certified training in Information Technology from the world’s largest IT training school, New Horizons.

Jude is a Florida Associate and centrally located in Jacksonville, however, his business operations extend throughout Northeast Florida, South Georgia, and Coastal South Carolina. The highest and top function of a Commercial Broker is to best represent their client’s needs and interests by utilizing superior technology, technical knowledge, industry and market expertise, and a vast network of industry professionals, Investors, and entrepreneurs.
