Josh Budny

Mr. Budny brings more then 20 years of commercial real estate experience, from acquisitions and leasing to construction and dispositions. Mr. Budny has successfully negotiated over 250 commercial leases and has been involved in the acquisition, management and re-development of over $150 million in commercial assets.

Mr. Budny was the founder of Matrix Realty Group prior to acquiring Network Commercial Real Estate and combining the decades of experience that both companies bring to the table. Prior to that he worked in acquisitions and asset management at Premises Group in Oak Brook with a portfolio of over 1mm SF valued at $80mm with 200 tenants.

Mr. Budny graduated from De Paul University in Chicago with a degree in finance and is an active Illinois real estate broker and has been a licensed real estate agent since 2000. He currently lives in Chicago’s “South-Side” with his wife where they enjoy raising their two young children.
