About Jonathan
Jonathan’s background in commercial property management and education in real estate development gives him a holistic view of value creation and market cycles. As a recent graduate of UC Berkeley’s Abbey MRED+D program, Jonathan is on the cutting edge of property analysis and uncovering development opportunities. He is a member of ICSC, ULI, BRECC, BREAA, CCIM, and NAIOP and represents several national tenants & developers in their site selection strategy.
Jonathan Newman graduated from The University of Pittsburgh in 2016 with a Bachelors in Business and The University of California Berkeley in 2023 with a Master’s in Real Estate Development and Design. He is the host of the commercial real estate podcast What’s The Use.
