Jonathan Davison is a highly accomplished commercial real estate advisor with over 17 years of experience in the industry. Throughout his career, Jonathan has established himself as a dynamic, result-driven professional who is dedicated to maximizing value for his clients.

Jonathan focuses on commercial leasing, applying his creative mindset to finding solutions within every transaction. Jonathan’s success as a commercial leasing advisor can be attributed to his deep knowledge of the market, his acute attention to detail, and roots in customer service. Regardless of the size of the deal, Jonathan always takes the time to fully understand his client’s unique requirements, priorities, and budget goals. He passionately works around all these parameters to deliver the best possible deal for his clients.

Prior to joining SVN Commercial Partners, Jonathan was the in-house Leasing Director for multiple private ownership groups with assets covering all property types and multiple markets across the Southeastern United States. Over the course of his career, Jonathan has completed over 500 commercial lease transactions in excess of $10,000,000. Jonathan remains passionate about the industry because every deal is uniquely different and requires a solution focused perspective.

In his spare time, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife and two fur babies, Chaz and Marley. Jonathan is avid tennis player, grill master enthusiast, and loves anything water related including fishing, sailing and surfing. He also enjoys volunteering with local civic organizations including Habitat for Humanity and the Gold Coast Down Syndrome Organization.
