John Pacifico

John Pacifico is a former NYPD Police Officer who spent a decade protecting and serving the community before moving into the private sector after being injured in the line of duty. NAI Long Island is proud to have him as a part of our team.

Following his law enforcement career, John was hired to assist the family of a prominent commercial real estate company on Long Island. He spent over 15 years working for one of the owners of the company where he observed, first-hand, the professional life of a top-level commercial real estate executive. John obtained his real estate license in 2008 and continued to follow his passion while learning the commercial real estate business from the owner side of the deal. John brings a unique perspective to NAI Long Island where he plans to focus on the retail sector of the commercial real estate brokerage business, working with both owner and tenant representation as well as investment sales and acquisitions.

John is an active member of Long Island’s Commercial Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and multiple Chamber of Commerce across Long Island.

During his spare time, John enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, family, and friends. He embraces all that Long Island has to offer!
