John is an Associate at Site Selection Group assisting in location advisory and real estate services for corporate and economic development clients. John assists on several aspects of the real estate site selection process including market research, lease negotiations, and financial analysis. He uses his market knowledge to identify labor, real estate incentives, and other economic conditions to aid clients with their location decisions.

John covers several segments in the industry, including investment sales, tenant representation, and land acquisition/disposition in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. John prides himself on finding off-market opportunities for his clients in desirable markets. John and his team have represented high net worth groups such as Crow Holdings Industrial, large retail groups such as Public Storage, along with several other national brand office and retail tenants. John graduated from the University of Alabama where he received his degree in Finance and Real Estate.
