Joe Bright

Joe Bright is a Partner on the Corporate Tenant Representation Team with Partners Real Estate, one of the largest privately-held and independently owned full service commercial real estate firms in the U.S. Joe specializes in office and industrial site selection, lease renewal, expansion and relocation, as well as the purchase of commercial real estate.

Joe is a formerly-practicing Attorney, whose transactional law practice centered around real estate; as well as representing and advising energy industry clients in the exploration and production of oil and gas. Joe provides his clients with sophisticated and strategic representation services in all aspects of his clients’ facility needs and is a designee/member of the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (“SIOR”). He is a two-time nominee for the NAIOP Rising Star Award and has been awarded CoStar’s “Power Broker Quarterly Deals” on several occasions. A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and The University of Houston Law Center, Joe prides himself on being a trusted Advisor to his clients.

Joe enjoys spending his free time outdoors with his wife Lauren and their two children.
