About Jim


With a foundation in commercial real estate marketing and a passion for
helping clients navigate complex transactions, I bring over two decades of
experience to every deal.

I began my career in the mid 2000s by launching a marketing firm dedicated
to serving the commercial real estate and development industries. That early
experience gave me a deep understanding of how to position properties for
success, insight that continues to benefit my clients today.

In 2016, I transitioned into brokerage, where I’ve had the privilege of
advising clients of all sizes, from local business owners to institutional
investors. My core focus is on the acquisition and disposition of industrial
properties, but my practice spans nearly all sectors of commercial real estate,
including leasing, investment sales, and portfolio strategy.

I’m a proud member of the North Carolina Economic Development Association
and honored to hold the SIOR designation, something I set my sights on from the
start of my career.
