As a commercial real estate advisor, I have represented the interests of landlords, developers, lenders, investors and tenants in New Jersey and the tri-state area. In my career I have been involved in over $100,000,000 of real estate transactions, have managed over four million square feet of real estate assets and specialize in investment sales, court appointed rent receiverships, re-positioning distressed real estate assets, OREO and CRE Tech.

Developed internship program to fuel company growth and recruited and coached promising college graduates to become successful CRE producers. Initiated and grew OREO and Court Appointed Rent Receivership areas during the Great Recession. Active consultant, adviser and expert witness.

Volunteered in several community initiatives such as Dress for Success ($50,000 of business attire and accessories donated annually to local unemployed and under-employed adults) and donated time to plan rebuild of local animal shelter.
