James Torres began his career in Commercial Real Estate in 2006 when he was recruited and offered a position at Marcus & Millichap, a leading national commercial real estate firm while completing his Finance Degree at Cal State Fullerton. In 2019, James was offered the position of Commercial Director at KW Commercial in Downey, CA. He is experienced in representing business owners and Tenants for retail, industrial, and office properties.
