James, Team Leader for Life By Design Commercial Group and Native Austinite, hasbeen a top producing Commercial Agent in the Austin area for over 7 years. Duringhis time in Real Estate James has successfully started up multiple top producing Commercial Real Estate Teams at KW Commercial and now with eXp Commercial. In2015, James was made a Director at KW Commercial for his local office at the age of 25. In 2017 a team James helped start completed $96MM in sales with 4 teammembers, winning multiple awards for the teams accomplishments. In 2021 Jameslaunched a new solo team , Life By Design Commercial Group brokered by eXpCommercial. Focused on helping Investors and Business Owners thrive in thebooming Central TX corridor.

James considers himself a Generalist working on a variety of projects which includeInvestment Sales, Owner/User Sales, Tenant Rep & Landlord Rep. He also teachesnumerous classes for new Commercial Agents throughout the year. When he’s notselling Real Estate James can be found at the gym, playing golf, local parks orspending time with his Fiancé/business partner & dogs.
