Jake Guso

Jake Guso began his career in Commercial Real Estate in 2017
after graduating from the George Washington University with a bachelor’s degree
in business and a finance concentration. He began managing a portfolio of
shopping centers and apartments for a prominent South Florida-based investment
group. He joined NAI Miami as a broker in 2018 and is currently advising
clients in both leasing and sales transactions throughout several asset
classes. He has successfully completed over $39,000,000 in transactions
representing 300,000 square feet of property since joining the firm. Jake
enjoys leveraging his background in finance and property management to assist
his clients through all phases of the ownership cycle.
