Jacqueline Pace

Jacqueline has helped local, regional and national brand retail and restaurant owners with site selection and acquistions. As a Commercial Broker, she takes a collaborative-consultative approach and is entrusted in representing her clients’ interests during contract negotiations while also acting as a liaison between the Landlord and Tenant clients. Jacqueline has a keen ability to dive deep into understanding the objectives of the landlord while also considering the unique needs of her tenant client in order to provide the most valuable leasing results. She is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, a 2019 Project REAP graduate and holds a Georgia Real Estate Salesperson License.
