Jackie Delay

Jackie focuses on representing both medical and office tenants and landlords throughout Central Ohio. She prides herself on her market knowledge and being able to understand how corporate users think about real estate. Prior to joining Elford Realty, Jackie spent four years with The Ohio State University’s Planning and Real Estate department, part of a team responsible for leasing, sales, acquisitions, and development on behalf of business units within OSU’s Wexner Medical Center. She participated in several hundred projects through which she gained experience in taking a need from strategic planning, to site selection, deal negotiation, design and construction, to completion. Jackie enjoys the process of finding creative solutions to achieve the goals of those she serves, while forming meaningful relationships along the way.

Jackie is a graduate of The Ohio State University, with an undergraduate degree from the Fisher College of Business. Jackie is passionate about health and wellness and brings that perspective to improve the outcome of her work.
