Mr. Tippin specializes in providing creative, strategic office and industrial real estate solutions for a diverse customer base on a local, national and international level.

Prior Experience
Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Tippin led tenant representation and investment efforts within Southern California for Cushman & Wakefield. Since beginning his career in 1998, he has completed in excess of 10 million square feet of transactions. Over the course of his career, Mr. Tippin has been involved in the negotiation of a variety of complex transactions including traditional leases, subleases, synthetic leases, build-to-suits, sale-leasebacks, investment purchases/dispositions as well as tenant equity ownership participation structures.

As an active participant in his community, Mr. Tippin serves on the Board of Directors for Waymakers (formerly Community Service Programs) in Orange County. Waymakers provides counseling and support services to children, individuals, and families at their greatest time of need.

In addition to a successful career in real estate, Mr. Tippin enjoyed two seasons of professional baseball with the Boston Red Sox. Mr. Tippin currently resides in North Tustin with his wife and three children.
