Garrick Shupe

Garrick’s background includes: Tenant representation for office, industrial, flex, and retail users. Corporate headquarter leases, building sales, sale-leasebacks, and build-to-suits as well as office relocations, and lease acquisitions. Additionally, Garrick has extensive experience in renewals, expansions, renegotiations, building, land purchases and land sales. In addition to representing tenants in Southern California, he transacts commercial real estate business throughout the United States.

Prior to Lincoln Property Company, Garrick joined Jones Lang LaSalle formerly The Staubach Company as an Associate in 2004. Prior to his association with The Staubach Company, Mr. Shupe taught aviation at Utah Valley State College as a Certified Flight Instructor. He also served a service mission for his church from 1996-1998 in Panama City, Panama. Garrick also continues to be involved with community service projects; including FAM and Habitat for Humanity.

Garrick’s representative clients include Stance, Dal-Tile, Dacor, Geometry, ProSource, Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Aflac, Crumbl Cookies, and the Mexican Consulate of Orange County.
