Faraz Cheema

Originally a Washington D.C. native, Faraz currently resides in Potomac, MD. He has witnessed firsthand the changes that occurred in DC Metropolitan area over the last 20+ years which have affected the commercial real estate market. Due to his family’s multiple businesses and real estate assets, Faraz has a strong foundation in the CRE field.

With over 10 years experience as a financial analyst, & asset manager, Faraz has a unique understanding of the investment field of commercial real estate. He has worked specifically within the retail and hospitality sectors in the Washington DC / Baltimore MD metropolitan area focusing on: acquisitions, disposition, asset management, & property management.

Utilizing his skill sets from both the investment and broker perspectives, backed by a Master of Science degree in Real Estate and Infrastructure and his CCIM (Certified Commercial Real Estate Member) designation, and a CPM (Certified Property Manager) Candidate (Designation in 2022) Faraz is well equipped to meet his clients’ commercial real estate needs.
