Erin Downey

Erin Downey is a commercial real estate advisor with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT as of January 2021, following a year of work in residential real estate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

Erin began her career working in the public sector, for a local municipal government office. Here, the foundation of her Codes and Zoning knowledge was built. During this time, she was integrally involved with the Historic Architectural Review Board, the Environmental Advisory Council, the Shade Tree Commission; as well as assisting with the Codes and Zoning office and Planning Commission.

After nearly five years in the public sector, Erin moved into the private sector as an Ops Analyst. Real estate soon followed as the obvious career path for her skillset and disposition. Although she obtained her Pennsylvania real estate license in 2019, it wasn’t until late 2020 that she began practicing commercial real estate, finding a joy for working with business owners. In 2021, Erin expanded her service area and obtained her Maryland real estate license; and now covers Central PA and northern Maryland areas. Erin continues broadening her education with CCIM courses and other accredited classes to sharpen and enhance her unique skillset.
