Erik Poole

Erik brings two decades of commercial real estate experience to TenantBase’s tech-driven model, where he represents and advises clients on lease transactions.

Prior to joining TenantBase, Erik spent 12 years with CBRE and five years with the Staubach Group, which merged with JLL.

Erik served over five years in Active Duty for the United States Department of Defense between working for Staubach and CBRE. Major Poole was recalled to active duty the night of 9/11. In this capacity, he led a specialized joint services Aviation Logistics team and organized a global planning and operations board supporting Southwest Asia, as well as occasionally piloted test flights.

Erik earned his undergraduate degree in business with a minor in military science from North Georgia College and State University. He earned a master’s degree from Central Michigan University and is currently finishing postgraduate studies at Cornell University’s SC Johnson School of Business.
