Eric Zahniser

Eric Zahniser is a Managing Principal with the firm’s Industrial Services group, serving PA NJ, DE and the Greater Philadelphia Region. Eric previously held positions as the Head of Business Development and Portfolio Management at Siemens Healthineers, as Senior Manager for Bimbo Bakeries USA’s Capital Finance and Real Estate division, as an Asset Manager with GSA, and as Principal with Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services. Eric has negotiated several million square feet of deals in the Northeast logistics corridor and across the US. Transactions include a 619,000 SF investment sale and lease with a 3PL in Mount Pocono, PA, a 341,000 SF lease with a 3PL in Port of Houston, TX, and a 450,000 SF lease with a 3PL in East Allen Township, PA.
