Eric Solem

Eric Solem has a long track record of success working with rapidly growing emerging technology and life sciences companies in the Boston area. He’s also a founding Managing Principal and President of Lee & Associates | Boston, a firm that provides strategic commercial real estate planning, site search and selection, leasing / buyer advisory services with local expertise and world class international talent. Eric is a graduate of the USAF Academy, as an industrial engineering major, and a former Air Force pilot. He also has an MBA from Babson College and has a passion of leveraging his diverse background with service excellence to meet the needs for high performing organizations. Eric leads the Boston office for Lee & Associates, co-leads the Life Sciences and Lab Practice Group, and specializes in advising high growth emerging technology companies. He and his team have been working with companies throughout North America (including our Canada and Mexico) as well as our European colleagues to strategize, evaluate and implement proven best practices on local, national and international commercial real estate matters.
