Eric Franz

Eric Franz is a retail services broker with the CBRE retail team in Kansas City. As a retail specialist, Eric is active in both investor and occupier retail leasing. Since beginning his career in commercial real estate in 2015, Eric has quickly grown his experience in the areas of project leasing, tenant representation, and property disposition and acquisition. Eric has represented a variety of national and local tenants including JINYA Ramen Bar, F45 Training, Athletico Physical Therapy, Penn Station Subs, and more.

As a member of the Kansas City retail team, Eric assists in the real estate transaction by communicating and facilitating, gathering critical market information, negotiating, and representing his clients’ interests and goals. He successfully manages the various steps in this process and ensures that the established goals and necessary due diligence are achieved to meet the client’s strategic objectives.

Prior to joining the CBRE retail team, Eric worked as a Researcher in the Kansas City office, assisting in all aspects of market analysis with a focus on providing insight into local retail trends. Eric is able to combine his work experience to deliver a well-rounded approach to help form solutions to complex problems for his clients.
