I am a Commercial Real Estate Investment Associate. Bringing over 25 years of real estate and finance experience, I have been involved with hundreds of real estate transactions throughout my decades long real estate career.

Since my entrance into the industry in 1988, I have analyzed, financed, or sold the full spectrum of asset types including retail, industrial, office, and multi-family properties. Aside from the typical asset classes, I also bring significant experience in lending and transacting upon tract housing and condominium conversion developments, and self-storage and hotel asset types. I have served as an underwriter and loan officer at multiple institutional level lenders including California Federal Bank, Freddie Mac, Hawthorne Savings Bank, Chinatrust Bank USA, Wells Fargo Bank and First Bank of Beverly Hills.
