Reist Corporation was formed in 1995 as a General Contractor which performed work on US Army buildings and private homes and commercial buildings. It has grown to represent owners and users of many types of buildings and properties throughout Maryland and Virginia in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Reist corp represents tenants and purchasers of commercial spaces, mainly in flex and industrial spaces, but also in office, medical and educational spaces. Our experience with technology and the tools used to analyze space use and cost analysis allows us to assist with tenants searching for the ideal space for their business. If open land, or build-to-suit transactions are within a commercial users means, we are also able to help businesses find the best long-term locations which can accommodate future expansion or complex building needs over time.
