He excels in locating off-market opportunities for builder/developer clients, acquisition and disposition in addition to leasing and sales. He has a hunger for knowledge, a positive attitude and is friendly, enthusiastic, hard-working and knows that success is all in the details. He has extensive experience in the commercial real estate due diligence process including meeting with neighborhood groups, aldermanic meetings, zoning relief issues, environmental issues and contract administration.

Demetrius also brings value with his over 10 years of hands-on expertise and knowledge in building and construction to support our clients. A licensed general contractor and framing carpenter by trade, his proficiency includes the ground-up, new construction of single-family homes, accessory dwelling units, steel buildings and commercial interiors.
