Debra Perryman

Debra brings more than 35 years of experience in due diligence, property evaluations, land development, site selection, commercial brokerage management (sales/leasing), contract negotiations/ closer, marketing, real estate investments, partnership management, and dispute resolution.

Debra is a founding Managing Partner of Silver Oak Commercial Realty with 3 other partners started in 2011.

A former member of the P&Z Commission for the City of Roanoke, Advisory Board Member for Independent/NorthStar Bank, Board of Director for Metroport Meals on Wheels, RTCW Chamber of Commerce, YMCA Finance Committee, Score a Goal in the Classroom, various other community and non-profit organizations.

Also a notary and a Tarrant County Election Judge.

Debra has been senior mediator and handled dispute resolutions and conciliation agreements for more than 20 years. Completed in 2000 the required additional training for court appointment mediations (civil, commercial, and family with advanced training in negotiations and real estate). In 2016 completed the required training for Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation and in 2017 completed both a Master CNE and Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) designations.
