Dean Hunter

Dean is a Commercial Broker-Associate and Director with KW Commercial providing commercial real estate services to Florida’s West Coast.

Entering the real estate business in 1971, with Northmoor Realty, Inc. in Dayton, Ohio, he will tell you the industry, the economy and the way we do business have all changed dramatically since then.

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Sarasota/Bradenton real estate professional, I’ve also found that Experience is always considered a valuable asset, especially when selecting a Real Estate Agent and you should consider accepting only an Experienced Professional.

Dean is a member of Realtor Association of Sarasota Manatee, its Commercial Investment Division. He has served on the Realtor/Attorney Joint Committee. Dean is also a member of the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors where he holds the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), CRB (Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers) and the AHWD (At Home With Diversity) designations.

He resides in Sarasota, FL with his wife, Nancy. They are members of Gulf Gate Church in Sarasota and they enjoy riding their Harley Davidson motorcycles in their spare time.
