David Roomberg

Dave has been in the real estate world since 1997. His background in residential and commercial financing gives him a unique perspective, allowing him to dissect transactions from the inside out. As the owner and President of Old Glory Mortgage, Inc. in Paoli since 2007 (and still going strong), Dave is involved in every step of the process. Having closed over $500 million in loan volume throughout his career, he brings a sharp analytical eye to investment properties and cash flow opportunities. In his role at OERE Commercial Real Estate, Dave works with clients looking to buy, sell or lease properties for business purposes in the greater Philadelphia area (and beyond) in Pennsylvania.

Dave graduated from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1996 with a major in Entrepreneurial & Small Business Management and a minor in Marketing. He’s always had an incredible passion for real estate and is dedicated to helping personal investors and commercial clients buy, sell, and manage their portfolios.
Dave has two teenage sons, is a diehard Philadelphia sports fan, a self-proclaimed gourmet cook, an avid biker and skier, and loves spending time with family and friends down at the New Jersey shore.
