Cynthia Carrier

A Chicago native and former Illinois Real Estate Broker, Cynthia brings a level of integrity, excellence and expertise. The majority of her business has been custom and new construction, which are Non-MLS & Non-HAR listed. She has a great reputation among respected builders. Prior to obtaining an IL Broker’s License in 2001, Cynthia worked in the Industrial sector for Commercial, General Contractors (3 years). Learning to read blueprints, work with Top Executives, Chief Estimators, Project Managers, write proposals, work with subcontractors and provide excellent customer service, under pressure.

During her previous 8 year real estate practice in Illinois, she excelled and earned numerous awards including, consistent Top Producing Agent and Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club. Since becoming licensed in Texas, she has earned Top Producer both individually and as a team consistently (Coldwell Banker). She exceeded her goals and helped fellow agents do the same, out of her passion. Now she has opened the opportunity to not only help her residential clients but now her commercial clients by joining eXpCommercial.
