Courtney joined The Menkiti Group in 2020 as the Director of Commercial Real Estate focusing on projects in Worcester, MA. In her role she assists in the leasing of all Worcester portfolio assets including 6 Chatham and 554 main and is heavily involved in the development of eMerge, a brand-new coworking environment in downtown Worcester. In addition to her role with the company, she is a member of the Leadership Worcester class of 2021, sits on the YWCA’s fundraising committee, developed a COVID-19 rent relief program for small businesses, and orchestrated the last community outreach project in the city.
Prior to joining The Menkiti Group, Courtney served as the Vice President of NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs for three years. During that time, she specialized in small business commercial leasing, and worked closely with small business owners in and around Worcester to better understand their pain points in the leasing process and find creative ways to reduce the obstacles they face when entering the market.
