Cori Nuttall is a Director with Lee & Associates Atlanta where she specializes in office and industrial leasing and investment sales. She joined Lee & Associates in May 2018 and has since brokered over $45MM in transactions across five separate states in the Southeast. Her client portfolio spans a variety of industries including professional offices, medical practices, financial institutions, and manufacturing. She has represented multiple mixed-use developers and landlords on the lease-up of historic adaptive reuse projects as well as private investors in their property acquisition and disposition needs.
