Connor Kenworthy joins Hayes & Sherry as a commercial real estate professional specializing in industrial and retail properties, with experience representing buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords in leasing and sales transactions. Before relocating to Rhode Island, he served as a Sales & Leasing Associate with Pacific Coast Commercial in San Diego, where he completed close to $100 million in lease and sale transactions and was consistently ranked among the firm’s top producers. Connor’s work encompasses site selection, market analysis, and strategic positioning of assets to maximize value for owners while aligning location, visibility, and operational needs for occupiers.

He has participated in a wide range of assignments, from multi-tenant retail centers to single-tenant industrial and service-oriented properties, giving him a practical understanding of both investment sale dynamics and long-term lease structures. Drawing on his background in sales and business development, Connor is recognized for his proactive prospecting, diligent follow-up, and client-focused approach, which supports long-term portfolio and business growth.

Connor earned his degree in Psychology, with minors in Philosophy and Spanish, from Eckerd College. Now based in Newport, Rhode Island, he focuses on helping industrial and retail owners, investors, and occupiers navigate the evolving New England commercial real estate market.
