Colin Pancrazi

With over six years of work experience in the commercial
real estate industry, I am a passionate and driven Associate Advisor at
Intersection CRE, a leading firm that provides innovative solutions for
investors, owners, and tenants. My mission is for my clients to be comfortable and fully educated with their lease agreement and my job is ensure the lease agreement promises future success of their business. I have a Master of Science in Real Estate from
the University of San Diego School of Business, and I am licensed in both
California and Arizona. My core competencies include lease negotiation and
management, due diligence, purchase and sale agreements, and tenant improvement
coordination. I am motivated by the opportunity to create value for my clients
and partners, and to contribute to the growth and development of the
communities I serve. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to my clients
as I have worked with various types of properties, such as retail, industrial,
office and residential, across different markets and regions.
