Chris Gorczyca

Focusing on technology and life science companies throughout Greater Boston, I have the opportunity to provide a unique end-to-end perspective to clients and their space requirements. T3 allows me to focus on more than just transactions by finding the right home for clients that marries well with their business and cultural needs.

Prior to joining T3, I spent four years in various corporate finance roles (FP&A, operations, accounting) at a high-growth software company in Burlington. Watching the dynamics of the company mature from scrappy startup to IPO fueled my continual interest in developing the Boston technology community. My ability to understand projects from various perspectives removes stereotypical real estate blinders and helps provide unbiased advice to clients.
