Chad is a Senior Associate in the Partners Austin Office. With years of leasing experience in Central Texas and Tenant Rep experience nationwide, Chad specializes in leasing properties for tenants and landlords, and works closely with Kevin Murphy, Senior Vice President, on Partners Real Estate’s retail team.

Chad creates and executes strategies to achieve the best real estate outcomes for his clients, focusing on helping acquire space to accommodate growth, maximizing their portfolio through leasing, business site selection, upgrade rent rolls, negotiate favorable economics and terms, and right size / shedding excess space.
