Carnell is a licensed advisor and principal owner of SVN/The Genesis Group in Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia & Mississippi. He has over 30+ years of national level experience in commercial real estate. Before acquiring the SVN franchise in 2008 he spent less than a decade with NAI Nashville (now Colliers). He has worked with several companies and has represented corporate, small business and government on real estate transactions. Carnell has been working with clients as a tenant rep advisor and who invest in off market properties who prefer keeping transactions confidential.
