A Northwest native, Campbell Mathewson is a seasoned executive in the Puget Sound real estate community with more than 26 years of experience. During his career he has been directly involved in over $2.5 billion in real estate acquisitions and dispositions across all property types and over two million square feet of leases. A CoStar Power Broker award winner on multiple occasions, Campbell works for many of the area’s most innovative companies and family offices on some of the highest profile, most complex and largest real estate transactions in the region.
Campbell earned a BA in political science with honors from Stanford University and an MBA with honors and a certificate in real estate from the University of Washington.
Over the years Campbell has been active in the community as a youth baseball, soccer, softball and basketball coach. He also serves, or has served, on numerous non-profit boards, including those of the Bellevue Downtown Association, St. Thomas School, Forest Ridge School and The Trust for Public Land / Northwest Advisory Board.
In his free time, Campbell enjoys spending time with his family, snow skiing, waterskiing and traveling. He is an avid adventure traveler who has visited over 100 countries including such interesting locations as Azerbaijan, El Salvador, Guyana, Kuwait, Myanmar, Namibia, Qatar and Zimbabwe. He and his wife, Melissa, have been married more than 20 years and live in Kirkland, Washington with their two children.
