Bryan Geisbauer has spent the last 20+ years providing strategic tenant representation and multimarket advisory services on behalf of local, regional, and national clients. For the ten years
prior to joining Kidder Mathews Bryan served as managing director of national tenant representation firm.

Throughout his career, Mr. Geisbauer has established himself as a trusted advisor to numerous corporations in all facets of corporate real estate, including: strategy -related to real estate transaction process; site selection; lease negotiation -renewals, restructures and,
relocations; financial & cost saving analysis; and, real estate portfolio transaction management.

He is licensed in both California and Arizona, and has executed transactions for his clients in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Mexico, New Jersey, Ohio, Oregon, Utah, and Virginia.
