Brett Skotnick

Brett Skotnick received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Arizona. In 1998 he helped launch an environmental consulting company, located in Phoenix, Arizona. During
the seventeen years he partisipated in that business, Mr. Skotnick gained a variety of
information related to business development and expansion, including, property
acquisition and development. This on-the-job experience taught him that the acquisition of properties always involves several phases of research necessary to understand the investment. In 2011, Mr. Skotnick founded a real estate investment company focused on capitalizing on the upside potential found in many commercial office buildings. A key belief being that changes in a market are signals for opportunities. In 2015, Mr. Skotnick partnered to create a second real estate investment company. This company oversees the ground up development of residential properties in Sedona as well as commercial office developments in Phoenix and surrounding areas. In addition to these prior responsibilites, Mr. Skotnick works with new clients to identify opportunities found in commercial properties and negotiates purchases and leases for office, office medical, industrial and condominium projects.
